Less than two months to go

I can't believe we've got less than two months until the Ties Trip. Has anyone started doing any "gift" shopping? I've picked up a couple of things, but haven't really focused on this. I am hoping to see some posts on the blog with ideas for what to bring. We still have not been billed for the tickets--has anyone else?

I hope you'll all respond and tell us about your families before the trip is upon us!

Where is everyone?

I'm hoping the dearth of postings is because all of the Fall Ties trip participants except us are on vacation! If you respond to the "invitation", I can set your status to "administrator", which allows everyone to post pictures, edit the blog, etc. I did not intend for this to be the "Conroy" site, but, rather, a site where we could all introduce ourselves and our families, and talk about the trip. For instance, we still haven't been billed for our tickets; is that true for everyone? Pat addressed this in a fairly recent message, but we still haven't seen anything. Final payment is due in just a couple of weeks, I think.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you and meeting all of you. Emily and I are very excited about the upcoming trip. For the other Massachusetts family, do you know if we're traveling together to NY?
