Administrators

I realized that when new authors are added to the list, they are automatically identified as "guests". Clicking on "guest" changes it to "administrator", so anyone who is already an administrator can do this. So once you're logged in, if you find you can't do anything except post, you need to have your permissions updated from "guest" to "administrator". If I see anyone listed, I'm changing them to administrator. I think everyone has to have/create a Google blog account in order to sign on, and I think this is what Google calls a "Team blog".
